Fast Cash PH: Conflicting SEC Records Explained
Contents
Fast Cash PH has the most contradictory paper trail we have recorded. A secondary aggregator claims its operator's certificate was revoked back in September 2020 over unfair collection, with an NPC decision attached in 2022. The SEC's own recorded platforms list — the January 26, 2026 release — still includes Fcash Global Lending Inc., with three platforms: Fast cash, FCash, and Fastcash VIP. Both records are real. This page prints both, explains which one we weight, and hands you the check. Verified September 16, 2026.
The two records, side by side
| Source | What it says |
|---|---|
| Aggregator (secondary) | CA 2653 (CS201803813) revoked September 2020, ground: unfair collection; NPC decision April 2022 |
| SEC platforms list, January 26, 2026 | "Fcash Global Lending Inc." recorded, platforms Fast cash / FCash / Fastcash VIP |
We do not publish the revocation claim as fact, and we do not dismiss it either. Normally a dated official action outranks an undated extract. Here even the revocation claim is undated in the sources we can reach, so nothing settles it from a desk. What settles it is manual verification: Check With SEC or the 1-4SEC hotline, question phrased around Fcash Global Lending Inc., CS201803813.
One name to rule out first
A different "Fast Cash" case is settled. The app "Pera Loan: Fast Cash PH" received its own cease-and-desist order on August 15, 2025, in the first enforcement wave. Similar words, different company, different record. Our illegal loan apps tracker keeps them separate, and so should you.
What this means for borrowers
Until the conflict resolves, treat Fast Cash PH as a verify-first case. Not a scam verdict, not a clean bill — a question. The three moves: confirm the current status of CS201803813 through the manual channels above; read any disclosure screen against the caps published elsewhere in the market (5% monthly late penalty, 100% total cost, under SEC MC 14 of 2025); and screenshot everything you are shown. If the entity harassing you claims a different corporate name, the mismatch is your answer.
Frequently asked questions
Is Fast Cash PH SEC registered?
The official platforms list of January 26, 2026 still records Fcash Global Lending Inc. (CS201803813) with three platforms. The conflicting aggregator claim of a 2020 revocation remains unconfirmed by any primary source we can reach, so our status is: unresolved, verify manually.
Did the SEC revoke Fast Cash's license in 2020?
An aggregator asserts CA 2653 was revoked in September 2020 over unfair collection, citing an NPC decision from April 2022. We could not confirm either event against a primary source, and the official list continues to record the company. Both facts are printed here on purpose.
Is "Pera Loan: Fast Cash PH" the same app?
No. That app received its own cease-and-desist order on August 15, 2025, as an unregistered operator. Fast Cash PH, as recorded on the official list, is Fcash Global Lending Inc. — a different entity with a different record.
The bottom line for borrowers
Fast Cash PH is the market's live lesson in record-reading: an aggregator's revocation story, an official list that still records the company, and no way to reconcile them from a desk. We print both sides and the manual route. The wider delisting map is on our why companies get delisted page, and the verified market is on the SEC registered lending apps list.
